How + why
Our size chart does not follow the standards because not all women are made exactly the same and because of this, we have used our fit model's measurements which we believe will fit the majority with a little wiggle here and there.
Bust
To measure your bust, place the tape measure on the fullest part of your bust, making sure that the tape is perfectly horizontal as it wraps around your body.
Waist
To measure your waist, place the tape measure on your high waist. This is where you would put your hands if you caught your significant other putting his finger in the peanut butter jar as you tap your foot and stare with glare! Make sure that the tape is perfectly horizontal as it wraps around your body.
Hips
To measure your hips, place the tape measure on the fullest part of your derriere, making sure that the tape is perfectly horizontal as it wraps around your body.
Our recommendations on which part to measure for what garment is as follows:
Skirts- Low waist - use your hip measurement
- High waist - use your waist measurement
- Use your bust measurement
- Fitted - use whichever is greater of your waist or bust measurement
- Loose - use your bust measurement
- Use your bust measurement
- Low waist - use your hip measurement
- High waist - use your waist measurement
