Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- Goods are unworn, unused, without stain and unwashed
- Goods have the original tags attached
- The Returns Form is completed and included with your item(s) being returned
Please note that returns will be sent to an Australian address.
Change of Mind
A store credit will be applied to your account if you have a change of heart. Please return your goods with the Returns Form found HERE <insert link before launch>. We will only accept 'change of mind' requests if the goods are returned to head office in their original condition and in their original packaging, at which stage, your store credit will be applied to your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately HERE if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please return your goods with the Returns Form found HERE <insert link before launch, Peggy providing form>. We will process your exchange once the goods are returned to head office at which stage, if we do not have your size, we will provide a store credit or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Any associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds. Juliette et Felicity is not responsible for any delays associated with this process. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bonjour@juliettefelicity.com for further investigation.
